The Wellness Rewards Card is issued by and remains the property of Wellness Warehouse Pty Ltd. Wellness Warehouse reserves the right to decline, issue and withdraw the Wellness card at any time.

Customers are required to submit a valid South African ID to register, claim Wellness Rewards, or to change your personal details.

To earn Wellness Rewards for transactions, customers must present their Wellness Rewards card at the Pay Point in order for the transaction to be recorded. If no card is presented at the Point of Sale before payment, Wellness Rewards will NOT be earned for the transaction.

The only transactions for which you do not currently earn Wellness Rewards are, on net items, Pharmacy Scripts and Wellness Gift Vouchers & on purchases at the Wellness Cafe.

Wellness Rewards are available to you within 24hours. As soon as you have accumulated R5 in rewards, you can use it as full or part payment towards your purchases.

Wellness Rewards will reflect on your till slip, Balances may also be requested & viewed at any of the stores Information desk.

2% of your value purchases will be converted to Wellness Rewards, of which 1% will be donated to Help the Rural Child charity and 1% will be credited to your Wellness Rewards Card.

Wellness Rewards are not transferrable.

Wellness Rewards remains virtual money. The Wellness Rewards Card cannot be used as debit, credit or guarantee card.

Wellness Rewards earned on purchases that is later returned will be deducted from your Wellness Rewards Card balance.

A valid cell phone number and or email address will be required from each card holder for communication purposes.

Wellness Warehouse will never share your personal details with any other company.

For any lost or stolen Rewards cards , please contact our Wellness Warehouse customer care on 0860 live life well

For lost or stolen cards, Wellness Warehouse will cancel the lost or stolen Wellness Rewards Card and issue customers with a new card. Wellness Warehouse will transfer the remaining balance of the lost or stolen Wellness Rewards Card to the new Wellness Rewards Card that has been issued.

Wellness Warehouse reserves the right to alter or change the conditions of its Wellness Rewards Programme.

Any abuse whatsoever of the Wellness Rewards card by any person constitutes a criminal offence and Wellness Warehouse reserves the right to cancel and withhold Wellness Rewards to such person.
Being registered as a member of the Wellness Rewards Programme irrevocably signifies your agreement to the above Terms and Conditions.
