Knead tube before each use. For full protection, apply an ample white coat to all exposed skin (1 ounce for full body coverage), then rub in to reduce whitening effect. Starts working on application. For maintained protection, sunscreen reapplication is reccomended every 40 minutes or after swimming, sweating, and/or towel drying as needed.
