Make a delicious iced tea by brewing any of the varieties as you normally would. Add a sweetener like honey, xylitol or stevia. Allow it to cool and store in a glass bottle in the fridge. Use organic herbal tea as a basis for salad dressing or marinade. Make a stronger dilution by boiling it on the stove until it distils to the flavour you want. Use teas to flavour cooking by replacing the watercomponent with tea. Try this in scones or bread, rice dishes or stews. If you want to cut down on milk, try using Rooibos tea in your cereal or porridge as a replacement. Remember to sweeten it first before pouring.
