Solgar Calcium Magnesium plus Zinc

Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and stimulates the secretion of calcitonin, a hormone that aids in the influx of calcium into bone. It plays an important role in protein formation and healthy muscle function. This formulation also contains Zinc, a trace mineral that plays a role in the synthesis of collagen in bone tissue.*
 
When combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, adequate calcium throughout life may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Three tablets provide: Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate) 1000mg, Magnesium (as oxide, citrate, gluconate) 400mg, Zinc (as gluconate) 15mg

As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
