Use at weekly intervals (unless otherwise prescribed). Increase recommended daily intake of water (40ml/kg of body weight), up to double RDI.
Run hot water tap to max. temperature before inserting bath plug. Run 10cm hot water into bath & evenly sprinkle in 2 cups of powder while stirring with a wooden spoon. Wait 20 minutes, then add warm water to a level that will cover the body. Stir briskly until water is ‘milky’ before letting the child in, then add as much hot water as is comfortable. Let the child have a glass of quality water before the soak, another during (if desired), and fresh fruit juice or an electrolyte drink afterwards. Recommended first treatment duration 10 minutes, subsequent soaks up to 20 minutes. Follow with a shower, then curtail strenuous activity - encourage rest or sleep.
In case of high blood pressure, heart conditions or other serious ailments, first consult a physician. Use at weekly intervals (unless otherwise directed). Food or medication taken within an hour before or after a body soak is likely to be rendered less beneficial & effective. Avoid inhaling airborne dust & note danger of slipping on wet clay. Children are to be assisted & monitored throughout treatment.
