Each capsule contains: Waterbased cinnamon extract (ZN112) 112 mg (equivalent to approx. 1 232 mg dried, whole ground cinnamon). Sugar- and lactose-free and contains no added preservatives.
Adults with Type 2 Diabetes: 1 capsule daily, with the main meal. If after 1 month a sufficiently beneficial result is not achieved, the dose can safely be increased to up to 3 capsules a day. Split the daily dose by taking 1 capsule with each meal
Patients are advised to monitor blood sugar levels closely and to consult their medical practitioner before making any adjustments to their prescribed medication. To be used by children under 12 years, only after appropriate medical consultation. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
