Diabecinn Extra contains the water-based cinnamon extract (ZN112) plus vitamin C, E, B3, B6 and the minerals Chromium, Zinc, Manganese and Magnesium. Diabecinn Extra can be used with antidiabetic diets or medication.

The vitamins and minerals in Diabecinn Extra, provide among other to support the energy-yielding metabolism and the function of the immune system. Helps reduce fatigue, maintain a normal muscle contraction and blood glucose concentrations and contribute a normal carbohydrate metabolism.

Per capsule: Water-based cinnamon extract (ZN112) 112mg (equivalent to approx. 1 232 mg dried, whole ground cinnamon), vitamin A 300 mcg (873 I.U.), vitamin B1 (thiamine) 5 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 5 mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 5 mcg, vitamin C 52 mg, vitamin E 9 mg, (13,4 I.U.), chromium (elemental) 33 mcg, folic acid 150 mcg, magnesium (elemental) 30 mg, selenium (elemental) 25 mcg, zinc (elemental) 5 mg.

Adults with Type 2 Diabetes: 1 capsule daily, with the main meal. If after 1 month a sufficiently beneficial result is not achieved, the dose can safely be increased to 2-3 capsules a day. Split the daily dose by taking 1 capsule with each meal. Should not be taken by children under 12 years of age

Contra-indications: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Hypersensitivity to peruvian balsam. Hypervitaminosis A. Pernicious anaemia. Hypermagnesaemia. Severe renal disease. Heart block. Pregnancy and lactation. Warnings: Patients are advised to monitor blood sugar levels closely and to consult their medical practitioner before making any adjustments to their prescribed medication.
