3-Algae Hemp & Coriander Pesto

Deliberately adding algae to your meal might sound a little far fetched but when you feel the incredible benefits of putting power greens in your body you won't hesitate to make it part of your menu. Makes 500ml INGREDIENTS 3 cups fresh coriander 2 cloves of garlic 1/3 cup almonds (soaked) 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup hemp seeds 2/3 cup olive oil ' cup hemp oil Juice of 1 lemon 1 Tbsp of AFA Klamath crystals ' tsp spirulina powder ' tsp chlorella powder ' tsp kelp powder ' tsp Himalayan rock salt METHOD Soak your almonds beforehand. They should soak in spring water for at least 4 hours. This will help them to be more easily digested. Power blend everything together until you have a well blended paste. Celebrate the tangy taste on salads, crackers, veggies or any other creative meal you might think of. KLAMATH You may not be familiar with Klamath but it's one of the most cleansing, nourishing and regenerative food sources in nature. It's a blue-green algae with high levels of protein, vitamins and nutrients.
