1. ?Make a face mister
Get hold of a spray bottle and mix some filtered or spring water with a few drops of Frankincense or lemongrass. Spray it on your face anytime you need a bit of energy or refreshment. Use it in traffic to keep irritation away.
2. Freshen your sinks Grapefruit is a beautiful smell to have in your kitchen and bathroom. It's cleansing and fresh. Splash a few drops of grapefruit oil in both your bathroom and kitchen sinks. Your home will exude a subtle fragrance that uplifts the inhabitants. 3. Warm up your feet
If you need warming up put a few drops of black pepper or mustard oil into a carrier oil (like almond oil) and rub it on your feet. If you need to sleep and you feel restless, do the same with lavender oil.
