Lactobacillus Sporogenes, FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), Fibreplex: Psyllium seed husk powder, Oat bran fibre, Flax seed powder, Enzyme complex: Digezyme, Herbal Concentrates: Barley grass juice powder, Carrot juice concentrate powder, Sodium alginate, Anise seed powder, Slippery elm powder, Aloe vera juice concentrate, Prune juice concentrate, Supporting Vitamins: Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate), Biotin.
Other ingredients: Rice flour, Magnesium stearate, Modified cellulose, Purified water (capsule shell).

Directions
Take 3 - 5 vegicaps in the morning and at bed time on an empty stomach with an extra glass of water or as directed.
