Ingredients
Chickpea meal*, chickpea flour*, onions*, salt, cumin* (1.5%), rice flour*, parsley*, garlic*, corinander* (0.5%), parsnips*, carrots*, turmeric*, olive oil*.

Directions
Mix content with 200ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Shape falafels to approx. 3-4cm diameter and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
