- Add blueberries and kefir to a blender and blend until well combined.
- In large container mix the blended blueberries with the almond milk and chia seeds.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. This is important for the chia seeds to absorb moisture and swell. It makes them more digestible.
- Add toppings of choice, serve cold and enjoy.
