This traditional pasta is slow dried at low temperatures in order to preserve the flavour and nutrients. Chickpea is a legume that belongs to the Fabaceae family also known as a Garbanzo bean that is rich in protein, carbohydrates, fibre, a source of iron, manganese and phosphorus. Cook this speciality with minced Rosemary in a pan. Add the oil and peeled whole garlic. Cook fusilli aside and then add them to the condiment. Cook them over a medium flame for 5 - 7 minutes. Store package in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight. Transfer to an airtight container once opened.
