This traditional pasta is slow dried at low temperatures in order to preserve the flavour and nutrients. Durum Wheat is made from whole grains thereby making it rich in fibre content. Cook a delicious and nutritious pasta to keep those stomachs feeling fuller for longer. Also, an ideal pasta for a weight loss diet as it is slowly digested preventing us from overeating.

It contains traces of spelt and khorasan wheat, rye, barley, oat,soy and sesame seeds.


Bring a large pot of water to the boil. 1 litre of water is recommended for every 100g of pasta. When the water comes to a boil, add pasta and stir occasionally. Cook at a rapid boil for 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Store package in a cool, dry place. Transfer to an airtight container once opened.
