*3 Tbsp chia seeds
*1 C almond milk
*1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
*A couple of pinches of cinnamon
*1 small banana, peeled and sliced
*2 Tbsp mixed fresh or frozen berries
*1 Tbsp coconut flakes
*3 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1. Soak the chia seeds in the almond milk for a few hours or overnight.
2. Mix in the flaxseeds and cinnamon.
3. To serve, top the bowl with banana, berries, coconut flakes and walnuts.
