Hibiscus or tea of choice
Coconut blossom nectar or honey to taste
1 TBSP chia seeds per glass
1. Brew and chill your tea of choice.
2. Stir in the chia seeds and sweetener.
3. Allow the chia to swell, and stir to break up any lumps.
