Chick-Lik Fritters

380g Soya Rama Chick-Liks
3 Chillies sliced
1/4 sliced onion
1/2 a bunch of coriander
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli powder
200 ml water
5 to 6 tbsp
Pea flour or gram flour
1tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Pinch of bicarbonate of soda
Oil for deep frying
1. Cut Soya Rama Chick-Liks into cubes and marinate with olive oil and soya sauce.
2. Mix all dry ingredients and water to form a thin batter.
3. Dip Chick-Liks into the batter and fry into hot oil until golden brown.
