1 cup water ' cup coconut oil ' cup nuts (macadamia
Method
  1. Add nuts and desiccated coconut to blender and blend on high, until nuts are a smooth paste
  2. Add water, coconut oil, cacao powder, banana, pitted dates and vanilla powder. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add more water or ice for a runnier consistency.
