Clearspring Organic Japanese Shoyu Soya Sauce is the finest quality available produced by our artisan producer to a traditional recipe. It contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat which is naturally fermented slowly in the cedar wood kegs. Clearspring Japanese seasonings flavour superbly when used alone and when combined. You can create the most delicious dips, dressings and sauces for a wide range of Asian, western and fusion dishes.
