?Cocolicious Coconut Milk Powder is creamy and delicious! It is a perfect milk alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or avoiding casein (sodium caseinate). This vegan drink is also GMO, soy and gluten free with no added flavours or sweeteners. Uses: Use on breakfast cereals, in coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, porridge or to make ice cream, cakes & desserts. Also adds delicious flavour to thai dishes, curries, soups, stews and exotic sauces.


?Organic Coconut Milk 97%, Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin (derived from Organic Yuka Root) 2.5% & Organic Gum Acacia 0.5%. All ingredients are certified organic.


This coconut milk powder is brimming with 65% natural oils, as a result of this natural clumping may occur.


To make coconut milk: add 1 tablespoon of powder to 1 cup of warm water, then blend till smooth. To make coconut cream: add 2-3 tablespoons of powder to 1 cup of warm water, then blend till smooth. Once reconstituted with water make sure to keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Store in a cool, dry place & re-seal after use.

Activation stations, everybody!


The activation process involves soaking the nuts and seeds to stimulate the sprouting process, and then airdrying them at a low temperature. This process breaks down problematic compounds (called phytates) that would otherwise decrease the bioavailability of the nutrients in the nuts and seeds, meaning our bodies can more easily absorb all the available vitamins and minerals. Activation also ensures the nuts and seeds are gentler on the digestive tract.
