- 10ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 400ml Wellness Warehouse Organic Coconut Cream
- 400g Garolalo Gluten-Free Pasta
- 350g broccoli florets
- Black pepper to taste
- Wellness Warehouse Nutritional Yeast for serving
- Fresh parsley for serving
- In a large pot over a medium high heat, add the olive oil and garlic.
- Cook for 1 minutes and then add the vegetable stock and coconut cream.
- Bring to a boil and then add the pasta, broccoli florets, and black pepper.
- Lower heat and simmer for 12 - 15 minutes, or until pasta is just cooked.
- Serve with nutritional yeast and fresh parsley, and enjoy!
