We have been working hard with our supplier to develop delicious, handcrafted, gluten-free and vegan sourdough bread and rolls. Our verdict? They taste just like the classic artisanal bread we know and love!
Our sourdough has been lovingly and slowly fermented for 18 months with the naturally wild yeast that is found in the culture. It has a characteristically tangy flavour with a tender texture and a crisp, crackly crust. Our rolls are perfectly shaped to accommodate all your favourite toppings and the bread is the perfect sandwich loaf that also happens to make the most wonderful toast!
