Coco-NUTS For Wraps


Our Favourite Chickpea Wrap:

1 x 400g can chickpeas, we use Di Napoli Chickpeas

1 tsp olive oil, try Credé Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp ground cumin, we use A Little Something Ground Cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika, our favourite is Good Life Organic - Paprika Smoked Org

1 avocado, peeled and chopped 

juice 1 lime 

small pack coriander, chopped

2 Wellness Warehouse Coconut Wraps

1 small iceberg lettuce, shredded 

150ml yoghurt of your choice




Step 1: Heat the oven to 220°C. Drain and rinse the chickpeas and put them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, cumin and paprika, and toss to coat the chickpeas. Spread them onto a large baking tray and roast for 20-25 mins, shaking at halfway. Remove from the oven and season to taste. 

Step 2: Toss the chopped avocado with the lime juice and chopped coriander, then set aside until serving. Warm the wraps, then pile in the avocado, lettuce, yoghurt and toasted chickpeas.

Step 3: Wrap and enjoy!
