EASY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

SMOOTHIE

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 75g baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp Highfields Creamy Cultured Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Wellness Warehouse Green Goodness Superfood Blend
  • 2 tbsp Silan Date Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Rude Health Almond Milk

 

TOPPING SUGGESTIONS

  • Banana slices
  • Halved strawberries
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Cocoa nibs

 

Method
  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Arrange the toppings and enjoy!
