Easy Vegan Pizza

Ingredients

*1 Wellness Warehouse Coconut Wrap

*2 TBSP Che Gourmet Fermented

Tomato Sauce

*1/2 tsp crushed garlic

*1/2 tsp dried rosemary

*1 cup roasted cauliflower

*3/4 cup vegan cheese, grated

*1/2 an avocado, sliced

*1/2 cup micro herbs

DRESSING

*Chopped fresh herbs

*1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

*Juice of half a lemon

*Salt and pepper

Method

1. Spread the tomato sauce over the coconut wrap.

2. Sprinkle over the crushed garlic and rosemary.

3. Add the roasted cauliflower and cheese.

4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

5. Top with the avocado and micro herbs.

6. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a jug.

7. Once well combined, pour over the pizza and enjoy!
