2 TBS Credé Pumpkin Seed Oil
1/2 onion, sliced
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup roasted cauliflower florets
2 Farmer Angus Outdoor Eggs
1/2 avocado, sliced
Pinch of Universal Vision Himalayan Crystal Salt
1/4 tsp Oryx Black Pepper
Barley Cup Cereal Drink for serving
- In a frying pan, add the Credé Pumpkin Seed Oil and onion.
- Fry for 5 minutes, or until golden and softened.
- Add the baby spinach and cook until just wilted and then transfer to serving bowl.
- Add the roasted cauliflower florets.
- In a frying pan, crack in the Farmer Angus Outdoor Eggs and cook according to your preference.
- Add the cooked eggs to the bowl and top with the avocado.
- Sprinkle over some Universal Vision Himalayan Crystal Salt and Oryx Black Pepper.
- Prepare the Barley Cup Cereal Drink and enjoy your yummy breakfast!
