Fig & Tahini Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup Wellness Warehouse Organic Rolled Oats 

  • 2 TBSP Wellness Warehouse Chia Seeds 

  • 2 TBSP Silan Date Syrup 

  • 2 TBSP Oh Mega Sesame Tahini 

  • 4 - 6 fresh figs, quartered 

  • 1/3 cup plain yoghurt 

  • 1 cup milk 

  • Extra figs, tahini, and chopped Wellness Warehouse Raw Pecan Nuts for serving 

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, date syrup, tahini, fresh figs, yoghurt and milk to a bowl.
  2. Mix together until well combined.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. 
  4. Divide the overnight mixture between two bowls and serve with some extra figs, more tahini and a sprinkle of chopped pecan nuts.
