I would like to say a huge thank you to the 3 200 of you who participated in our recent customer survey and in-person forums. This honest feedback is so valuable to us. Whether it refers to wanting more innovation, less packaging, or greater promotions, we are listening and are always striving to make living life well easier and more affordable for you.
Personally, it is my goal to make wellness accessible to as many South Africans as possible. We move closer to this goal everyday by improving access to our trained Wellness Warehouse Consultants, while simultaneously improving the value of the products we offer. Look out for our new monthly deal sheets and chat to our staff about how we’re further delivering on this goal.
It is clear that there is a deep and growing desire from those of all walks of life for alternative ways of living, but often there is a knowledge gap as people struggle to take the first steps. Or if they have taken those first steps, it can be challenging to sustain and build on them in a way that is compatible with the other (often hectic) aspects of their lives. We are just as passionate about enabling natural and sustainable ways of living, and see ourselves as your partner on this journey to wellbeing. In an effort to provide more support, we will soon be launching free online consultations with our consultants, covering a range of common health topics as well as product information.
June was a significant month for us as we opened our 50th store. This is a huge milestone for Wellness Warehouse and I am so proud to work with a team that knows no bounds! We look forward to welcoming you to our latest stores at Stellenbosch Square, Waterstone Village in Somerset West, and Harvest Place in Kempton Park.
As always, thank you for your support and commitment to living life well.
Wishing you a warm and healthy winter.
