Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Mix

Wheat Belly (Rodale) author William Davis has created a wonderful selection of tasty, healthy, gluten-free meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond meal/flour, flaxseeds, coconut flour, baking soda, and psyllium seed (if desired).
  2. Store in an airtight container, preferably in the fridge.
