FRY’S GOURMET PIZZA
Makes 1 medium size pizza
1 BOX FRY’S CHICKEN-STYLE STRIPS
1 PIZZA BASE
OLIVE OIL, TO BRUSH THE BASE
2 TSP ONION MARMALADE
8 BUTTON MUSHROOMS, SLICED
8 CHERRY TOMATOES, SLICED
1 TIN OR JAR ARTICHOKES, SLICED AND DRAINED
FETA, CRUMBLED (OPTIONAL)
HANDFUL OF ROCKET
1 AVOCADO, SLICED
Fry sliced mushrooms in a little oil. Brush pizza base with olive oil and thinly spread with onion marmalade. Cook strips according to the back of the pack and set aside. Add artichokes, cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and crumbled feta. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until pizza is ready (personal preference). Then add the cooked strips on top (strips are added after the pizza is cooked to avoid spoiling the texture).
Garnish with avocado slices and rocket.
