Breakfast has never been so convenient-or delicious! Steeping overnight really brings out the flavours as the sweetness of the dried fruit mixes with the base of oats,chia seeds and coconut, making for a satisfying breakfast or snack on the go. Soaking also makes the oats easier to digest


Rolled oats, coconut flakes, white dried mulberries, chopped dried apricot, chia seeds, elderberry powder, beetroot powder. All organically farmed non-GMO.


Oats (Gluten).


Pour the contents of a single pack into a bowl or jar. Add 150-200 ml of milk of your choice (Almond, coconut, cashew, dairy, etc). Adjust the amount for desired consistency. Stir a few times. Refrigerate and allow to steep overnight while you sleep. Enjoy as is or add yoghurt, nut butter, fresh fruit and/ or frozen berries.
