This is a great healing soup that's cleansing and alkalinizing too. If your digestive system isn't accustomed to healthy food you may want to work towards this soup.
2 SPRING ONIONS
' GREEN PEPPER
2 HANDFULS SPINACH
' GARLIC CLOVE
' TSP CUMIN
1 TSP DASH BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
' CUP YEAST FREE VEGETABLE STOCK
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
' CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER
1. PEEL, DE-PIP AND CHOP UP THE AVO. CUT UP THE SPRING ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER, CUCUMBER, SPINACH AND GARLIC CLOVE.
2. ADD THE CUMIN, LIQUID AMINOS, VEGETABLE STOCK, LEMON JUICE AND BLEND TOGETHER INTO A LIQUID.
3. BEFORE SERVING STIR IN THE CHOPPED PARSLEY AND CORIANDER.
