Orders within South Africa
Although we try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery can take between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the destination (3 to 5 working days for most city centres, and 5 + working days for outlying areas).
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter.
You will receive your tracking number via e-mail once the order has been dispatched.
We deliver between 09:00 and 17:30 on Mondays to Fridays.
Kindly check that we have the correct address and ensure that you are either at home during delivery hours, or that you provide your work address. Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, don’t worry - we will leave a calling card with a telephone number to rearrange delivery.
Please note:
While we strive to ensure that stock levels are accurate, this may not always be possible. Should it transpire that a product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you of how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs on orders over 5 kg.
Delivery to Major City Centres:
• Door to door under R1000: R50
• Door to door over R1000: FREE
• Click and collect under R1000: R50
• Click and collect over R1000: FREE
• Expedited: R250 (only available for shipments under 5 kg – if yours weighs more, you will be contacted for a pay-in or to change to regular shipping)
Delivery to Non-Major City Centres/Towns:
• Click and collect under R1000: R50
• Click and collect over R1000: FREE
• Door to door: R150 (only available for shipments under 5 kg – if your shipment weighs more, you will be contacted for a pay-in or offered to ship via the click and collect service)
• Expedited: not available to regional areas
