Warnings

This food is not intended for infants under 6 months of age and early introduction is not recommended. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Ask a health worker or health professional for advice

Directions

Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk or water to aprox 50 degrees. Add 4 spoons (15g) of cereal. Add 1-2 teaspoons of edible oil if you preare it with water. Stir Well. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37 degrees) before serving. Multiple use – as a milk porridge, dairy free porridge or with any infant formula. We recommend: Prepare infant formula and add your favorite Holle wholegrain Porridge. Store in a cool dry place and use within 3 weeks of opening
