Kefir Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen banana slices 1 cup frozen berries of your choice

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 cup Natural Milk Kefir or Forest Berry Milk Kefir

2 TBSP coconut cream

Handful of almond nuts

Garnish: sunflower seeds sesame seeds, flax seeds & a few berries.

Method

Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.

Garnish with sunflower, sesame & flax seeds and a few berries.

*Shake things up and turn your super smoothie into a creative kefir ice cream by placing it in the freezer for a few hours. Berry     nice! "
