Lifematrix Goat Milk Powder is a nutrient-dense and more easily-digestible alternative to cow’s milk.
The goat milk comes from the Cederberg area of the Western Cape. The milk powder is made from pasteurized milk that has been spray-dried. It’s pure, whole milk powder. Nothing added.

Directions
(100 g of powder makes 1 L of milk):
Reconstitute in a 1:9 ratio of powder to water (e.g. 5 scoops powder [100 g] + 900 ml water = 1 L milk). Always add luke-warm water to the powder and blend/whisk or stir slowly while adding liquid.
Refrigerate and consume within 5 days

Activation stations, everybody!
The activation process involves soaking the nuts and seeds to stimulate the sprouting process, and then airdrying them at a low temperature. This process breaks down problematic compounds (called phytates) that would otherwise decrease the bioavailability of the nutrients in the nuts and seeds, meaning our bodies can more easily absorb all the available vitamins and minerals. Activation also ensures the nuts and seeds are gentler on the digestive tract.
