Matcha Date Balls

Dose up on the goodness of Matcha with our delicious Matcha Date Ball recipe! The perfect combination of texture, taste and nutrition.
1/3 cup hazelnuts 1.5 cup soaked dates 1/3 cup cacao powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut 2 tsp raw nut butter 1 Tbsp water 1/2 cup matcha powder
  1. Place the hazelnuts into the processor and blend and set aside.
  2. Place the soaked dates into the processor and blend.
  3. Add the crushed hazelnuts, cacao powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, desiccated coconut and nut butter to the date mixture and mix together in the processor.
  4. Add water to the mixture and blend again until a sticky batter forms.
  5. Roll into balls.
  6. Refrigerate balls for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the fridge and coat in matcha powder.
  8. Eat and enjoy!
