Matcha Latte

Feeling sluggish? We've got just the thing for you. 
Ingredients
  • 400ml coconut milk or oat milk
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
Method
  1. To make a matcha paste ' measure out 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add in a splash of coconut or oat milk. Mix into a paste.
  2. Measure out 400ml of coconut or oat milk and heat gently on the hob.
  3. Add in the matcha paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
