How to use: 1. Sterilze your bag - Boil water - place your bag in the Boiling water for 5 minutes - then hang it up to dry. 2. Soak seeds for 8-12 hours overnight. Rinse seeds well after soaking then place them into the sprout bag. 3. Dip the whole bag into a bowl of water for about 30 seconds then hang it on a hook for the water to run off. 4. If you have no hook near your sink then let it drain on your dish rack. Rinse seeds twice a day morning and evening. 5. After 3-5 days you are ready to harvest. Draining: • Our sprout bag drains completely within 5 minutes after dipping the bag in water. • Water does not collect in the bag. What can I sprout? • All sorts of lentils,beans,grains & seeds. *This bag remains moist but not wet. Perfect for hiking or camping. Reuse your Spoutbag:How to wash my Sprout Bag: • Turn the bag inside out. Remove shells/seeds etc . • Wash the entire bag by hand in warm tap water. • Do not use soap as it removes all natural oils from the hessian fibers. • If the bag smells sour or shows a little mould then sterilize it again by leaving it in boiling water for 5 minutes -. • hang up & dry
