  • A food supplement

Description

Mumomega' is a unique supplement combining specific omega-3 and omega-6 long-chain fatty acids that are important before, during and after pregnancy for both mother and baby. Up to 30% of the brain and eye is made of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids. Consequently, fetal and infant development is associated with a high fatty acid requirement, the supply of which is dependent on the availability from the mother's diet. Supplementing with mumomega is a convenient way to ensure input of these important nutrients, notably DHA and GLA - which is converted in the body to AA - thereby helping to ensure the mother has an adequate intake.

Ingredients

Omega-3 fish oil providing: DPA, DHA, EPA, AA. Omega-6 (Evening Primrose Oil) providing: GLA, Vit E.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are on any medication or if you have any medical condition before starting supplementation. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a well balanced and varied diet. Not suitable for children.
