Our High Protein Peanut Butter Granola is made with gluten free rolled oats with a combination of Crunchy Peanut Butter, Whey Protein Concentrated Powder and Mixed Seeds, Lightly toasted.   Beta-D-glucans usually refered to as Beta Glucans, comprise a c lass of indigestible polysaccharides widely found in nature in sources such as grains, barley, yeast, bacteria, algae and mushroom. The effect of oat Beta- Glucans on both serum cholesterol and blood glucose reduction is proven.It has been established that the consumption of atleast 3 g per day of oat, Beta-Glucan can achieve a reduction in LDL cholesterol of up to 10%. One serving of our High protein peanut butter granola contains 0,8 g of beta glucans from oats, which is 27 % of the daily recommendation of 3 g. 43 % less sugar, High fibre.

Activation stations, everybody!


The activation process involves soaking the nuts and seeds to stimulate the sprouting process, and then airdrying them at a low temperature. This process breaks down problematic compounds (called phytates) that would otherwise decrease the bioavailability of the nutrients in the nuts and seeds, meaning our bodies can more easily absorb all the available vitamins and minerals. Activation also ensures the nuts and seeds are gentler on the digestive tract.
