Ingredients
Psyllium husk (100%).
Warnings
Made in a factory that uses wheat (gluten), peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soya and sesame seeds.
Not suitable for children under 18 months.
Directions
For adults: Take an hour before meals. Use 300ml room temperature water, add 1 tsp of psyllium husk, stir briskly and drink immediately. Limit to 2 doses per day.
If the problem persists, please consult your medical health care provider. Consume plenty of fluids throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
