Prep Time: 5m Cook Time: 5m Total Time: 10m Ingredients 50 grams ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™ 240 millilitres water 2 1/2 teaspoons oil Method Whisk Vegan Easy Egg™, water and oil in a medium bowl until blended. Spray large non-stick skillet with oil. Heat over medium heat until hot. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds. Continue cooking - lifting and folding eggs until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. Remove from heat. Serve immediately. Store in a dry cool place.
