Description
This scientifically advanced formula features selective kinase response modulators (SKRMs) in the form of RIAA, berberine, and vitamins D and K to help nutritionally support healthy bone remodeling during the aging process. Ingredients
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), Vitamin K (as phytonadione), Berberine HCl (Phellodendron amurense bark extract), Reduced Iso-Alpha Acids Complex (from hops extract, Humulus lupulus L.).
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, calcium silicate, silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).

Activation stations, everybody!
The activation process involves soaking the nuts and seeds to stimulate the sprouting process, and then airdrying them at a low temperature. This process breaks down problematic compounds (called phytates) that would otherwise decrease the bioavailability of the nutrients in the nuts and seeds, meaning our bodies can more easily absorb all the available vitamins and minerals. Activation also ensures the nuts and seeds are gentler on the digestive tract.
