Our falafel is made using activated chickpeas, and pure herbs and spices. Although they are healthy, they are also moreish. Prepare them at home, just add water and fry, and then gobble them up fresh out the pan. Even some restaurants use our mix. It’s that good.
A box will make between 20-24 falafels. There are two sachets so you don't have to make the whole lot at once.

Ingredients
Chickpeas, onion, Kalahari Desert salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic parsley, cilantro, black pepper, white pepper, chilli, bicarbonate of soda
Directions
- Empty 1 pouch of dry mix into a bowl.
- Add 200 ml of boiling water and give it a quick mix for no longer than 30 seconds.
- Cover the mixture with a plate and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Roll into balls of about 2 cm in diameter, then flatten into discs for shallow frying or baking.
Heat oil.
- Shallow fry for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Bake at 190 degrees for approximately 18 minutes
