This is a Chocolate Mousse and Chia Cream layered Parfait that shows you care in more ways than one. Firstly, although it's a treat, it's loaded with superfoods and goodness and secondly, when you make it with good intention and romance it will be filled with love.
Make the Chocolate Mousse, then the Chia Omega Cream and then put it all together in a Perfect Parfait.
Using a power blender, blend everything together until well mixed. Your chocolate mousse stores really well and will keep for up to a week in the fridge. You may want to adjust the amount of sweetness versus cacao powder depending on the size of your avos. The key is to add enough sweetness to offset the taste of the avocados and enough cacao powder to change the colour.
Chia Omega Cream:
Blend together and then allow it to stand for a few minutes to thicken.
Putting it together:
Choose a selection of fresh fruit, bananas, granadilla and berries work really well. Clean, peel and cut up your fruit. It's so simple to create beautiful arrangements of fruit, cream and chocolate mousse creating a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Start with a layer of fruit, then cream then chocolate mousse.
