Description
Amla is a source of vitamin C, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, aids digestion, improves hair and skin condition, strengthens the liver, prevents premature ageing, improves eyesight and strengthens the heart.
Ingredients
Emblica officinalis, Ethanol (Alcohol) and Purified Water.
Alcohol content: 50% v/v.
Warnings
Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Stop taking two weeks before surgery. Do not use with Wafarin. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a complimentary health practitioner if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children. Not tested on animals.

Activation stations, everybody!
The activation process involves soaking the nuts and seeds to stimulate the sprouting process, and then airdrying them at a low temperature. This process breaks down problematic compounds (called phytates) that would otherwise decrease the bioavailability of the nutrients in the nuts and seeds, meaning our bodies can more easily absorb all the available vitamins and minerals. Activation also ensures the nuts and seeds are gentler on the digestive tract.
