200 ml Kapthura Coconut Milk
1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed
2 cups kale, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Wellness Warehouse Rolled Oats
10 ml Wellness Warehouse Xylitol (or to taste)
1 TBSP chia seeds
Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (add more coconut milk if you prefer a thinner consistency).
Pour into two serving bowls.
