You can also adjust the amount of salt or sweetness and deisgn the texture you want. Replace the peanuts with another nut like almonds, cashews, walnuts, macadamia or blend a few different nuts together. Macadamias have a lot more oil to them and work quite well with peanuts. If you don’t fancy making your own, make sure you buy natural peanut butter without loads of sugar added.
