Other ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule shell and microcrystalline fibre. Magnesium Orotate is one of the most effective forms of Magnesium. The human body use orotates to create DNA and RNA. Orotates can penetrate cell membranes, enabling the effective delivery of Magnesium.
